This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, and service-based purchases are handled by Sports Mentorship.
Sports Mentorship offers digital products, mentorship programs, recruiting resources, athlete profile services, strategy sessions, and other service-based offerings.
Because many of these products and services involve immediate access, digital delivery, custom work, or reserved time, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated on the specific product page or checkout page.
Digital products, downloads, templates, guides, playbooks, recordings, and other instantly accessible resources are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.
Mentorship program payments are used to reserve access, mentor time, community access, planning, and program support.
Refunds are not guaranteed for mentorship programs after enrollment. If there is an issue with your enrollment, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Custom services, including athlete profiles, recruiting websites, profile management, strategy sessions, audits, or other done-for-you work, are generally non-refundable once work has started.
If a project has not yet started, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you purchase a subscription or recurring service, you are responsible for canceling before your next billing date if you no longer wish to continue.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.
For scheduled calls, mentorship sessions, strategy sessions, or other appointments, missed sessions may not be eligible for refunds.
We ask that you provide advance notice if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion based on availability.
Failed payments, chargebacks, or disputed payments may result in paused access, canceled services, or removal from programs or communities.
If you believe there was a billing error, please contact us before filing a dispute so we can review the issue.
We want families to feel supported and treated fairly. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review reasonable requests when there is a clear issue with access, billing, duplicate purchases, or service delivery.
